Couple of things to note
Additonal Charges:
$120 service fee is applied when the student changes his or her accomodation.
Service Fee will be applied to all changes, eg. refunds and cancellation after receiving host profile, etc.
Surcharge which is $110 will be applied for the booking during the public holiday such as Christmas, New Year
or Easter.
Holiday Holding Fee:
The Holiday holding fee is a minimum of 1 week at 50% of the Homestay rate and GE must be notified at least two weeks prior for it to apply.
